So I have a HEAP of t-shirts now, but didn't have any inspiration. I flicked through my majillion inspiration folders on my computer and finally found one I wanted to. You'll prolly remember this style of dress made by
vivifromage !
I was kind of stuck, because the batman tee has SUCH a big logo, but my mum happened to be up for the weekend, and mentioned the belt idea. So here it is::

I think last time I posted here I was like 8 months pregnant or something! Well i'm STILL having to make clothes that fit me, because now I'm breastfeeding, and have beencursed blessed with some massive boobies! Oh yeh, and my hair has changed a million times since then too, it used to be black. Just trying to jog your memory! I hope ya'll havn't forgotten me!

Once again, another long time follower, first time poster!
I've tried a few surgeries in my time--namely, cutting a 'hand-me-up' down to my size (my younger brothers are quite bigger than me!), but nothing ever really seemed to work. It was pretty frustrating, as I consider myself quite crafty. Finally, I bought Nicolay's book on the subject matter , and actually, it helped and inspired me quite a bit. I ended up turning a Joe's Crab Shack shirt into a cute little halter...
( Thank goodness for easy instructions! )

This is a quick dress I made as part of my halloween costume last weekend! The dress is actually for a friend of mine, because she bought the t-shirt. I've also made a tutorial for it. Please check out the tutorial and let me know what you think! Cause I've never done one before. There are a few photos, but I didn't have time to take the photos while I was making the dress, so they're all of the finished garment, and I've tried my best to show what needs to be illustrated.
Tutorial is on my Blogger.

( And the rest under a cut! )

I want to transform a Tshirt into a glittery wonderland. As such

Does anyone have any idea how to do this? I'm thinking paint, or dye, but what kind? Any color, really. Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you so much!

Okay I posted forever ago, way over a year, with stuff i had made in the past
Here I am, doing it again!
Everything was made either entirely from or with scraps from t-shirts...
And these pictures are super out-dated (it was summer! It is now October! I am lazy!) and keep in mind:
1) I am a terrible model!
2) There are a LOT of pictures under this lil' link guy!
( And so it begins....! )
I took all of these because a boutique near me expressed interest and then CLOSED. Bummer, right. I was sad, homes. for serious. So now I have all of these clothes just hangin out at my house, wishin they had homes. :(
